* Gain the knowledge and skills to launch your business with confidence.
* Connect with other aspiring entrepreneurs in our community.
How the Program Works.
A cohort of twenty founders, along with co-founders, will be chosen to collectively embark on this distinctive entrepreneurship course. Over the span of 12 weeks, participants will engage in a series of 20-hour theoretical sessions that guide them through critical stages, including customer development, achieving product-market fit, validating minimum viable products (MVPs), and preparing compelling pitches for potential investors.
In addition to these instructional sessions, participants will convene every two weeks to showcase their progress before the entire group and receive feedback from our mentors. The objective is to foster a community of founders collaborating to enhance each other's products or services. This collaborative approach not only mitigates the challenges of solo entrepreneurship but also makes the entire process less daunting and more achievable.

Why learn from us?
Leticia Ponce obtained a Master's in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 1993. She accumulated years of professional experience, before founding IE University's Startup Lab in 2011, after realizing that age was not a constraint to become an entrepreneur, Since then, Leticia has guided over 500 students in the creation of their business models, having the immense satisfaction of seeing around 10% of these students create their companies.
Currently Leticia feels the need to share her knowledge and experience with aspiring entrepreneurs outside of the IE community. She truly believes that by helping more people become entrepreneurs to start and grow businesses, they often generate economic value, create jobs, and contribute to the overall prosperity of the community.
What our students say about us!
Elisa Strucci, Co-founder Exvirience
"Leticia emphasized the importance of claiming my space and leading my project with conviction. She installed in me the belief that instead of seeking someone who possesses the skills I thought I lacked, I should become my own reliable force."
Eduardo Moreiro Vílchez, Co-founder Flit
"Understanding and knowing how to apply the art of validation is something I learned from Leticia; along with turning an idea into a business opportunity."
Andrew Efremov, Co-founder NAP
"One key insight I feel we learned at NAP is the importance of the customer. Taking the project outside the conceptual and into the real world not only allows you to discover new insights into the problem you need to solve, but also brings the project to a new level."
